Excellent! I happen to have a capped glass vial where I put some MCT with skewers. The skewers absorb the MCT oil, and the green never sticks to them; it also lubricates the inside of the plunger. I have made over 6 cigars before I swap skewers. I also wipe the molds inside with a Q-tip and MCT. During the curing stage, the green appears to bind better, with no breakage of the roll. MCT oil has been used in cosmetics and the food industry for longer than I have been alive. I was a product designer for Avon Products and a confectionery manufacturer. Virgin olive oil is not as pure: it goes rancid and separates if used in tinctures. I use MCT before making cigars, and I haven't broken one since.
