Refund Policy

 

We want you to be 100% satisfied. So if you’re unhappy with your purchase for any reason, just send us an email at raveena@purplerosesupply.com telling us what’s going on. 

Refunds:

Send us your kit back within 60 days of purchase. Once we get your return back to us, we’ll send you an email letting you know and your refund will be processed. You should see the money back in your account within 10 business days.

Just a heads up, you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item back to us. If you are shipping an item over $75, we suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for extra safety.
